Local Bites: Eggs from Apple Street Farm

They appear on Sel de la Terre Back Bay’s new first course dish of Maine lobster with polenta, coddled Apple Street Farm egg, and tempura baby bok choy and also the Wednesday plat du jour of steak tartare, farm egg, cornichons, and frites.
